Agropur is looking for a Lead Production Supervisor to join its team in St‑Laurent. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Lead Production Supervisor is responsible for the efficient management of production department operations to achieve plant objectives.

This position serves as a transition role between Production Supervisors and the Director of Operations. The Lead Production Supervisor acts as a leader across all performance areas (SQCDME: safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environment) for the Receiving, Pasteurization, and Packaging departments. They also act as a coach for the supervisors, ensure cohesion between shifts, and participate in resolving day‑to‑day issues.
