Lead - Production - PM (3:30pm-Midnight) Shift

Job Description

As a Production Lead you will oversee, monitor and coordinate the work for your assigned production team. Working with the Production Manager to plan work and meet goals. Ensuring that all required information, training, and team goals are communicated to team members. You will report on team successes and challenges to the Production Supervisor/Manager. While working with other leads, supervisors and managers within the plant to help the team achieve production goals in a timely manner. You will help team members with common questions, training, and concerns. Elevating concerns as necessary to plant leadership.
