As a Production Team leader your purpose will be responsible for you for ensuring line efficiencies, personal utilisation, quality and safety in our site in Sagunto. The job holder will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of Production Team Leaders as well as with the management team.
Lead and develop the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are met whilst quality and EHS standard are respected.
