Industry Experience

10–14 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for the team, responsible for release delivery.

Provide support and mentoring to junior staff.

Review code for quality and best practices.

Brainstorm, plan, design, and develop interactive, user-friendly websites.

Ensure the team’s goals are set and tracked periodically for completion.

Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution within the team.

Technical Requirements
