Lead Product Manager, Geospatial

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to build Ministry of Education (MOE)'s geospatial and spatial modelling capabilities to strengthen long-term infrastructure and space planning. The role focuses on developing models, tools, and a geospatial foundation that helps MOE anticipate future demand, optimise school locations, and make evidence-based planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build MOE’s Spatial Modelling Engine (Primary)
  • Develop spatial models that forecast future education demand based on housing growth, demographics, migration patterns, land‑use plans, and accessibility.
  • Create multi‑year scenarios to support decisions on new schools, mergers, campus shifts, capacity planning, and infrastructure renewal.
  • Integrate datasets and insights from other government agencies such as URA, SLA, LTA, DOS, HDB, and GovTech into MOE’s planning logic.
