Lead Product Engineer — Qualification & Process Ramp

SwiftCruit in Malaysia seeks an experienced engineer to lead cross‑functional teams for new product qualification, including product characterization and skew lot analysis to define process windows and HTOL/ESD/LU qualification.

You will transfer qualified products to manufacturing, establish BOMs, test flows, and quality controls, driving yield improvements, cost reductions and OSAT support.
