Roles & Responsibilities

As a Product Designer (Growth), you‘ll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You‘ll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact. We‘re looking for a metrics-driven, hypothesis-oriented designer who thrives on turning insights into scalable growth levers.

What You’ll Do-

• Drive growth-focused design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization
