Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for materials, components and services required for operations and project execution in Gulf Cluster.
- Ensure timely procurement execution aligned with project schedules, operational requirements and business priorities.
- Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, engineering, project management, quality, manufacturing and finance teams to support execution needs.
- Monitor supplier execution performance related to delivery commitments, responsiveness and issue resolution and drive corrective follow‑up where needed.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out in compliance with agreed commercial terms, company policies, internal controls and process requirements.
- Work in coordination with Sourcing Management on supplier evaluation and selection.
