Lead Process Development & Sustaining Engineer

Western Digital in Penang is seeking a Staff Engineer for Process Development & Sustaining Engineering. You will be responsible for leading the optimization of manufacturing processes for HDD storage products by leveraging your strong technical foundation in chemistry or materials science.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or similar fields, and have a track record of at least 5 years in a process or manufacturing role. This position offers a full-time contract with opportunities for professional growth.
