We are now looking for two new colleagues to join the Process Design Team in the UPM Next Generation Technology Unit. Depending on your experience and aspirations, you could join us as a Senior Engineer, Process Development or a Manager, Process Development.
What you will do
- Create and improve new and existing biorefining process concepts based on economic performance and sustainability considerations
- Participate in all phases of technology development and investment projects – from early-stage concept development to implementation (e.g. scale-up and scale down)
- Collaborate with technology experts, R&D, engineering, production sites, and external partners (e.g. engineering companies, equipment vendors)
- Translate innovation ideas into practical development plans and scalable process solutions
