Job Description Summary
The OnWing Support Lead Powerplant Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of site engineering standards and technical excellence. This includes ownership of technical vetting router management and implementation of advanced technologies and new processes. The position plays a key role in defining and executing workscoping strategies supporting development of new capabilities and managing special projects arising from continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen action workouts and strategic business opportunities.
The role supports business growth by identifying opportunities to expand continued time engine maintenance and enhances technical service quality through proactive management of inquiries investigations and regulatory audits.
