Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain PMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks (intake, project lifecycle, status reporting, risk management).
  • Oversee portfolio/program/project tracking, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Lead project reviews, track KPIs, and provide dashboards and insights to leadership.
  • Ensure risk, issue, and change management processes are followed consistently across projects.
  • Mentor project managers and coordinators; drive continuous improvement in PMO practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to align projects with business priorities.
  • Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with 3+ years in a leadership PMO / project governance role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
