Lead Personalization & CDP Implementation

Braintrust is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and optimization of customer data platform (CDP) capabilities in Barranquilla. You will work with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive personalized customer journeys and audience strategies.

The right candidate will have over 5 years of experience, preferably with tools like Sitecore Personalize or Adobe Experience Platform, and will be responsible for overseeing integrations and implementing best practices.
