Our client is introducing a hybrid healthcare and fulfilment model that helps connect patients in underserved markets to healthcare providers and other key ecosystem players digitally and executing it through a robust 3-tier model of Hub, Spoke and a network of satellite health centres.
Role Objective:
The Lead Patient Experience is the custodian of the patient journey at client place. You will lead a specialized concierge team stationed at partner hospitals to ensure that every patient identified by our Demand and Aggregation teams receives a premium, frictionless, and empathetic experience. Your goal is to convert clinical visits into lifelong trust, while maximizing the adoption of client's ecosystem services (Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Kavach).
