Lead Pastor (Full-Time; Flexible 0.8-1.0 FTE)

The Life Centre is seeking a Spirit‑led, relational, visionary, and strategic lead pastor. Working in partnership with the Spiritual Leadership Team (SLT), the Lead Pastor will shepherd the congregation, discern and communicate God’s vision for TLC, provide oversight to staff and lay‑leader ministry teams, with the goal of equipping the church body to live out Christ’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Shepherd an intentionally intercultural & intergenerational church
- Model loving, authentic care for the congregation while nurturing an environment of ongoing pastoral support
- Provide strategic leadership and advance the mission of The Life Centre, in collaboration with the Spiritual Leadership Team
- Oversee the preaching and teaching ministries of the church by establishing a preaching team and serving as a regular speaker
