The Pastor of EPC is responsible for the overall spiritual growth and leadership of EPC's congregation and staff, the fulfillment of EPC's purpose and mission, alignment of EPC's values and the realization of its goals. The position is accountable to the EPC Leadership Team (Board), and to the BCYD District Superintendent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Spiritual Leader who has a heart for worship, evangelism, teaching and revival.
Called and determined to see the establishment of God's Kingdom in our assembly, in our community, in our country and in our world.
A visionary leader of leaders and a builder of people who can employ and develop and release people in their areas of strength.
