Responsibilities

• Review and validate complete panel design packages, including enclosure design, panel layout, schematics, wiring drawings, wire lists, and wire length lists.
• Coordinate with enclosure supplier for mechanical design requirements of protection, SCADA, and telecom panels.
• Verify panel layouts for component fit, clearances, segregation, accessibility, serviceability, and logical routing of wiring and cable ducts.
• Check schematics for correctness, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Validate wire lists for correct wire types, sizes, coding, terminations, and compatibility with manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with metal suppliers to define and validate drilling and cut-out patterns.
• Ensure panel designs are practical for manufacturing, maintenance, and testing.
