Job Description Overview

The Operations Coordinator supports and coordinates administrative support, Newstar support and Buildpro/Supplypro scheduling for Construction and Production teams across the Alberta market. They manage pre‑construction actions, construction prep, scheduling and utilize Brookfield’s operational IT systems to identify and drive system and process improvements. The role serves as a liaison between office teams, construction site teams and trade partners, and includes coordination of permits, warranty applications, job releases, reporting, and minor operational tasks.
