SeniorNetwork Rapid Response Engineer (NRR)
As a SeniorNetwork Rapid Response Engineer (NRR), you will help lead the NRR team in Incident and Problem Management along with performing Major Incident resolution, Incident Reduction & Team Mentorship. You will help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining processes, tools and DevOps to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems.
The Network Engineer must have a strong knowledge of Routing and switching, Load Balancing, Proxies and Firewalls. Experience in protocol Analyzers (NetFlow, Riverbed, Wireshark, cPacket) and Management tools (SevOne, ThousandEyes).
