Lead .NET Engineer: Cloud-Native Microservices Leader

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to own the backend migration of a mature Windows desktop application to a cloud-native, containerized architecture on Kubernetes. You will decompose the monolith into five independently deployable ASP.NET Core services while preserving essential FDIC workflows.

You will lead a small team, define architecture, and work with stakeholders to implement scalable, compliant backend solutions with strong data isolation and high quality code.
