Lead .NET Backend Engineer — Microservices & Flexible Hours

ADENTIS Portugal is seeking a seasoned Lead Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions within a microservices architecture. You will lead daily scrums, plan tasks, and drive architecture decisions to migrate from a monolithic app to a serverless microservices setup.

The role requires 6+ years in C#/.NET, 2+ years in technical leadership, strong SQL knowledge, and excellent English communication.
