The Lead Engineer/Lead NDT Specialist, Quality Development will focus on performing tests (eg NDT) and defining controls (eg SPC). Ensure correct alignment with quality requirements. Ensure that manufactured or procured products meet specified standards before they progress to next phase of production or customer delivery (Verification/Checking). In-depth understanding of key business drivers;
uses this understandingto accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
