Lead ML Engineer: Production-Scale AI & MLOps

DataHow AG is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to own the quality, evolution, and technical direction of the ML stack at the core of DataHowLab. This hands-on leadership role will set the technical bar, steer architecture and MLOps decisions, and grow the team while staying deeply involved in code.

You will collaborate with the Algo/R&D team to productionize novel algorithms and scale ML systems, focusing on production-grade software and reliable deployment.
