As a Lead Medical Scribe, you will collaborate with applied scientists and product managers to play a key role in shaping the future of AI products at Oracle Health, with an emphasis on understanding customer workflows and bringing in the health industry knowledge to evaluate and analyze the efficacy of the AI solutions.
What you will do:
• Participate in customer shadow sessions, gold data and problem understanding sessions to understand user pain points with existing clinical software • Create and iterate on health AI model guidelines that form the requirements of health AI models • Work alongside science members to bring in medical domain expertise for creating high quality evaluation datasets • Develop evaluation rubrics for health AI models that accurately represent the value based metrics that are needed to address user pain points • Perform manual evaluation of health AI models according to the model guidelines and evaluation rubricsQualifications and...
