Lead Mechanical Pre‑Commissioning Engineer – Water Plant

Bechtel is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead pre‑commissioning activities for Yanacocha WTP, coordinating tests on pumps, filtration and HDS systems. You will work closely with Process, Instrumentation, Electrical and HSE teams on safety‑driven field activities.

The role requires a Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering degree with 5+ years in industrial projects or 9+ years in related roles, and hands‑on experience with pump systems, filtration, and water treatment equipment.
