Overview
This role is responsible for leading the design coordination and technical delivery of mechanical systems for data centre and mission-critical projects. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure designs are aligned with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines across regional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead review and coordination of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection (MPFP) designs
- Provide technical input on HVAC, cooling systems, piping and fire protection
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure alignment
- Conduct design QA/QC reviews using BIM tools (e.g. Revit, BIM360)
- Identify and manage design risks and cross-discipline coordination issues
