We are currently working with a globally recognised luxury yacht manufacturer to recruit an experienced Lead Technician to join their Service & Refit team based in Barcelona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled marine engineer or technician to join a premium brand supporting high‑end sailing yachts up to 30m. The role offers a varied mix of servicing, repairs, refit projects, and technical problem solving within a professional international environment.

The Role

Working within the service department, you’ll be involved in a broad range of mechanical and marine engineering activities, supporting vessel maintenance and refit projects to exceptionally high standards.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical ability, a proactive mindset, and experience working across multiple onboard systems.
