Lead Manufacturing Operator

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, “can‑do” and “do it now” attitude, producing high‑quality elastomer moulded products to specification and target. You will also support the Shift Team Leader by helping to train, guide and develop operators, ensuring quality standards and targets are consistently met.

Based at our Aberdeen headquarters and reporting to the Shift Team Leader, this role involves taking ownership of NPI jobs once handed over from NPI Technicians.
