Primary Function: Manage inbound & outbound leads, build rapport with sellers, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth handoff to acquisitions team
2. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from potential sellers
Retrieve, input, and update lead data in CRM (Podio)
Schedule appointments for qualified leads
Conduct follow-ups for warm leads
Perform quality assurance calls to check on past interactions
Build strong rapport with sellers over the phone
Ask the right questions, listen actively, and identify seller motivation & urgency
Ensure a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team
Edify the company & acquisition manager to instill trust
Market Awareness & Adaptability:
Understand real estate market trends in St. Louis & Southern Illinois
Quickly adapt to new tools & systems (e.g., Podio CRM)
Use common sense in interactions (e.g., avoid over-questioning sellers with limited property info)
