Job Summary
The Lead Management Trainee to be part of the bank’s Leadership Pipeline by completing the LEAD Program framework and take on an executive role in a period of 5-6 years.
Duties And Responsibilities
Phase 1: ONBOARDING PHASE
- Pass Primary Sessions &/or Immersions: Treasury, Trust, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking & Consumer Finance, etc.
Phase 2: CORE PHASE
- Pass Certifications: Sales Boot Camp, Branch Operations & Central Processing Services
Phase 3: RESIDENCY PHASE
- Specialize in an area, to deepen & broaden skills & eventually build Leadership, within identified Specialization area.
