M&E Lead Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider - University - Peckham, South East London £47,000 per annum CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to join a large site in Peckham, South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading Facilities Management provider across a busy and diverse university estate comprising a mix of teaching, office, and communal spaces. The successful candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically qualified, responsible for managing a team of 5 engineers, overseeing daily maintenance operations, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Working closely with the Contract Management team, you will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance across the site.
