Rovio is part of the SEGA family and world famous for our flagship IP Angry Birds. We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Level Designer to join us in either Espoo or Barcelona. In this role, you’ll go beyond daily execution to shape the quality bar, elevate our team’s craft, and support the full lifecycle of our levels.

You’ll have impact and fun at work by:

• Supporting and guiding a team of level designers, ensuring everyone feels empowered and tasks match their unique strengths.
• Collaborating with our content producer and data teams to meet our weekly live content goals and keep our players delighted.
• Predicting potential content shortages early and creating supportive mitigation plans so our players always have fresh levels to enjoy.
• Defining clear frameworks for difficulty curves and power‑up systems to reduce guesswork and help the team design with precision.
