Lead Lab Automation Engineer – Protein Engineering Systems

Adaptyv Bio in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer to scale our automated workcells for protein engineering, integrating diverse lab hardware and robotic systems.

You will design end-to-end automation, optimize scheduling and orchestration, and collaborate with Biology and ML/Data teams to implement protocols and manage workflows within our data infrastructure.
