Lead Kitchen Sous Chef: Elevate Dishes & Develop Talent

Azadea Group's Kitchen is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to supervise food production, ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes, and mentor kitchen staff in standard recipes and plating. You will coordinate stations, monitor inventory, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. A technical degree in Hospitality Management and 2–4 years in F&B operations are preferred.
