Lead Java Full Stack Developer

The Role We are looking for a highly capable Java Full Stack Technical Lead with strong hands‑on experience in Java and Vue.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. This role requires a strong technical leader candidate who can actively contribute to coding while also driving architecture, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery across distributed teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep full‑stack expertise, strong leadership capability, and proven experience managing remote/offshore engineering teams, particularly across Ukraine and Colombia. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
