Lead Investigator, Corporate Security (Vancouver)

As a Lead Investigator, Corporate Security, you will play a critical role in protecting Vancity's people, assets, and organizational integrity.

You will lead complex investigations into physical security incidents, internal threats, and employee misconduct while conducting enterprise‑wide risk assessments across our branch network.

Bringing deep expertise in law enforcement or corporate security, you will act as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen prevention strategies, embed sustainable mitigation measures, and build a strong culture of safety and accountability across the organization.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Security.
