Lead-Insurance Management

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate with assigned IM Specialists to establish and implement effective insurance programs for the company’s insurable risks on commercially reasonable terms.
• Manage insurance claims processes, ensuring claims are promptly notified, filed, documented, adjusted, settled, and paid.
• Lead the IM Specialist team in interfacing with insurance providers and brokers to negotiate preferred terms, coverage, and pricing.
• Document processes and periodically recommend improvements to streamline and simplify business operations.
• Educate, synchronize, and implement best practices across the IM team.
