Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

Purpose

The Lead Instrumentation Engineer provides technical leadership and project delivery oversight for instrumentation and control (I&C) engineering services in support of Worley and its customers. This role is accountable for leading small to medium‑size I&C teams, coordinating discipline activities, and ensuring high‑quality, safe, and compliant engineering deliverables are executed on time and within budget. The Lead Instrumentation Engineer acts as a key interface between the project team, discipline leadership, and the client, supporting successful project execution across the full project lifecycle, from concept and detailed engineering through construction and commissioning.
