Job Title: Lead Instructional Designer Position Summary We are seeking a Lead Instructional Designer with extensive experience designing enterprise learning solutions for digital, virtual, and instructor-led environments. This role will lead the end-to-end development of learning programs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive instructional design best practices to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions. Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective learning strategies. Create instructional materials including curricula, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, job aids, and multimedia content.
