Lead Induction Hardening Engineer

Laulagun Bearings seeks an experienced Induction Hardening Process Engineer to lead development and industrialization of induction heat treatment for prototypes, pre‑series, and production. You will define parameters, design coils and tooling, run trials, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing line.Key responsibilities include transferring validated processes to production, establishing robust process windows, and partnering with Quality to address non‑conformities.
