Description

As a Lead HS&E Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting and advancing health, safety, and environmental excellence across Ledcor Construction operations. Reporting to the HS&E leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to project teams, maintaining HS&E programs and documentation, supporting audits and investigations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, and industry requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations, field leadership, Subject Matter Experts, clients, and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement, strengthen safety culture, and achieve industry‑leading HS&E performance. Your ability to balance field‑based safety support with program development, content management, auditing, and training will be essential to project success.
