Lead, Health Workforce Planning & Analytics
Report to the Director, Health Workforce Data, Planning and Evidence. Lead complex analytics initiatives that transform cross‑sector data into actionable workforce planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead long‑range health human resources planning projects aligned with Ontario Health’s mandate.
- Serve as the lead advisor on advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and statistical methods.
- Develop analytical forecasts and planning insights in collaboration with the Manager, HHR Data.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Partner with Ontario Health Regions and internal stakeholders to deliver analytics products with provincial value.
