We are seeking a hands‑on Lead Hand to support our production team and daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This is a working supervisor role with a clear path to grow into a Production Supervisor position.

• Work alongside the team to meet daily production targets
• Support scheduling, workflow, and efficient use of materials and labour
