Lead Hand Electrical Mechanic Role

As a Lead Hand in Electrical Mechanics, you will bring 2-3 years of experience and be responsible for vital tasks such as troubleshooting electric motors and transformers, instructing apprentices, and testing electrical apparatus. You must possess an Electrical Mechanic Trade Certification and demonstrate strong supervisory skills in a physically demanding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment
• Instruct and mentor apprentices as needed
• Fabricate or recondition parts using machining tools
• Test motors and transformers to ensure performance
