We're looking for a proactive, personable Legal Intake Specialist to manage and convert incoming leads for a growing practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — following up on inquiries, reaching out across phone, email, and text, and guiding leads toward booked consultations. Key Responsibilities
