Lead Generation Specialist (Office-based)

Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist , you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality database of potential customers (cities, schools, churches, home builders, landscape architects). You will identify new project opportunities by researching public and private sources, qualifying leads, and entering them into the CRM, enabling the US sales team to efficiently pursue and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take data from external apps/tools (e.g., lists of public and private schools, etc.) and manually input it into the CRM, following clear criteria.
• Enrich records with company info, contact details, and segmentation (type of customer, geography, etc.).
• Ensure data cleanliness and consistency (naming conventions, required fields).
