Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying them and guiding them to the next step with our Sales team.



  • Inbound lead management: respond quickly to inbound leads (demo requests, campaigns,

  • inbound channels) and qualify them to identify the highest-potential opportunities.


You will engage with key roles such as E-commerce Managers, CRM/Retention Managers, Marketing Managers, Customer Care/Operations Managers, Heads of Digital (and when needed CEOs/Founders) to understand their goals processes and pain points.



  • Qualification & handoff to AEs: use structured qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) to pass high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
