Job Title: Lead Generation Manager Experience: 10–15 years CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (commensurate with experience) Location: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive, scale, and manage end-to-end lead generation operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital/social media platforms, while also leading a team of lead generation executives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms Identify, test, and implement new lead generation channels including paid ads, organic content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, referral programs, and influencer collaborations Build, manage, and continuously optimize a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, ...
