Lead Generation Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and hard-working person to join our Cape Town office as a Lead Generation Analyst. This is a full-time, office-based position. This job is very call-intensive, meaning you will be spending most of your day speaking to business owners on the phone. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You Will Be Doing

• Making a high volume of outbound phone calls every day to business owners.
• Having clear, professional conversations to understand whether they may be interested in selling their business.
• Finding the right person to speak to, the owner or decision-maker.
• Asking questions about their business, including size and revenue, to see if they qualify.
• Capturing accurate information in our CRM system.
