Lead Frozen Pastry Product Developer

Great Pyramid is seeking a Pastry Product Development Specialist to lead the creation of frozen cake and pastry products from concept to commercialization. The role focuses on research into ingredient functionality, baking technologies, and product formulations aligned with market trends.

You will standardize artisanal recipes for scale, develop specs and process parameters, and work with QAQC and production to ensure consistent quality across batches.
